''I have been working on this series since 2012. The images were all made using the calotype process published by Arsène Pélegry in 1879. Exposure time ranges between six and 30 minutes or even more, so any movement during the exposure is averaged out. In some cases, ghost-like figures of people who lingered during the exposure can be seen, and human activity in motion is only registered as what the early practitioners termed ‘Human Mist'.''
