Original print for Bealtaine, a Celtic festival that celebrates the beginning of summer. Features symbolic illustrations of a Celtic triskelion/triskele, a cow and its calf, a bonfire, lit candles, yellow primroses and some strawberries, along with the text 'What you see in others exists in you'.
About the Artist
Sophie Carroll-Hunt is an illustrator and printmaker based in Longford, Ireland. She graduated with a BA Hons in Visual Arts Practice from IADT in 2016, where she worked with various art mediums, but primarily focused on printmaking techniques such as woodblock and screen printing to produce large scale prints, artists books and zines. Since graduating, she’s been a member of Black Church Print Studio.
Her work combines aspects of digital illustration and traditional printmaking techniques, which are often defined by bold lines, bright colours and playful repeating motifs.
Postage and Collection
We only deliver framed prints within Dublin. Framed prints are no longer posted. All postage costs for unframed works are processed separately following order of the print. This is to allow for specific protective packaging for each individual case. After purchase, we will contact you to organise delivery and payment for delivery costs.
