Amr El-Bayoumi was born in Alexandria, Egypt and grew up in East Lansing, Michigan. He is an actor, voice-over artist, photographer, lawyer, film producer, and filmmaker based in Washington DC. He has performed in several award-winning short films, feature films, theater and network television productions in the US, England, and Egypt. He has conducted numerous acting workshops over the past ten years, and was an Adjunct Professor with the George Mason University and Catholic University Departments of Theater.
Amr received a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and then worked as an Engineering Consultant in the automotive industry. He then received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and went on to have a career of over twenty years in international corporate transactions and international arbitrations in the U.S., Europe and the Arab Middle East, having worked in leading multinational law firms and in house with top tier international companies.
