Tim Durham is an Irish photographer based in Westmeath. For the past 25 years he has been involved in photography, teaching and mentoring.
He completed an MFA through photography at the Belfast School of Art in 2014. Part of that work was purchased by the National Gallery of Ireland. Since then, Tim has been working on three long-term project: One is connected to food and the environment, the other to the biographical life of objects found in charity shops, and the third is documenting a walk along the outer limit of the medieval Pale. As in this case, Tim’s work often starts with a word.
